Rehydrating Green Smoothie

Fresh ginger is a winner when it comes to turning round winter coughs and colds. Ginger juice shots really hit the spot but might be a bit hard core for some.This is a great compromise.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Coconut Water
  • A Handful of Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
  • A Slice of Fresh Ginger
  • A Palm Full of Mint

Instructions

  1. This is a chuck it all in the blender and it's ready in 30 seconds job.
  2. A quick fix whenever dehydration is called for.
