Probiotic Dairy Free Rhubarb Fool

These amounts will give around 4 generous helpings

Ingredients

    Fruit Compote
  • 1 Cup of Fermented Rhubarb
  • 2 Cups of Raspberries
  • 2 Dates
  • 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • Pinch of Cardamon
  • Seeds from small piece of Vanilla Pod
  • For Cream
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 & 1/2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • Seeds from small piece of Vanilla Pod

Instructions

  1. Blend all your ingredients for the fermented compote.
  2. Blend your cream ingredients.
  3. Layer the compote and the cream into 4 serving dishes
