Cranberry and Apple Sauce


  • 2 cups of cranberries
  • 2 apples cored and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of apple juice
  • 1 date
  • tspn of lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 probiotic capsule


  1. Blend the apples and apple juice and date to form a paste
  2. Chop your cranberries with the apples and lemon zest. Your cranberries should be quite lumpy. Add the paste and stir in the contents of your probiotic capsule.
  3. Place all the mixture in a jar leaving an inch or so at the top. Taste after 2 to 3 days. It your cranberry sauce is tangy it’s time to transfer it to the fridge.
